Welcome to La Subasta!
To keep our marketplace safe, fair, and enjoyable for everyone, all users must follow this Listing Posting Policy when creating or managing listings.

1. General Guidelines

Listings must accurately describe the item or service being offered.

All information provided (title, description, price, photos, etc.) must be truthful and not misleading.

Duplicate or spam listings are not allowed.

Each listing must represent one unique item, service, or offer.
2. Prohibited Listings
You may not post listings that include:

Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited items.

Weapons, drugs, alcohol, or any controlled substances.

Adult content, explicit images, or sexually suggestive material.

Items that promote hate, violence, or discrimination.

Listings that infringe on intellectual property rights (e.g., fake branded goods).

3. Content Standards

Photos must clearly show the actual item being sold.

Titles and descriptions must be written in clear language without excessive symbols, emojis, or unrelated text.

Pricing must be in local currency and reflect the actual amount you intend to charge.

Do not include external links, contact details, or payment instructions outside of the app.
4. Fair Use and Misrepresentation

Misleading titles or false claims are strictly prohibited.

Do not impersonate another person, brand, or business.

Do not post listings solely for the purpose of promotion or advertisement without intent to sell.
5. Listing Removal and Account Action
La Subasta reserves the right to edit, hide, or remove any listing that violates these rules or our Terms of Service.
Repeated or severe violations may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.
6. Reporting Violations
If you see a listing that violates these guidelines, please report it using the “Report” option on the listing page. Our team will review it promptly.
